Gareth is the founder and head chef at Wesleys pizzeria Linslade. He spent over 20 years as a radio presenter for Heart radio before starting the business. You may also sometimes catch him on the BBC! And yes he will bring that up in your training at any given opportunity!
Stu and Jools head up Taunton in Somerset. Stu used to be an archaeologist, and yes the cowboy appears at every service!
